Sami Mondo

Sami Mondo is a highly experienced voice engineer currently serving as a Senior Voice Engineer at Cars.com since January 2013, overseeing telephony infrastructure, call center applications, and vendor contracts. Mondo has a comprehensive background in telephony technologies, including support for CUCM and UCCX systems, and is actively involved in transitioning telephony services to a SaaS solution.
