Kamal Kishore Avutapalli

Kamal Kishore Avutapalli currently serves as the General Counsel for CARS24 since January 2021, overseeing legal matters for the Cars24 Group. Prior to this role, Kamal was the General Counsel for MakeMyTrip, managing legal affairs for MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and redBus from September 2009 to January 2021. Kamal's career also includes positions as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at GSS Infotech from September 2006 to September 2009, contributing to an IPO of $30 million, and as Senior Executive Officer in the Listing department at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited from November 2003 to September 2006. Kamal began professional training as a Legal Associate at D. Hanumantaraju & Co. between January 2002 and August 2003. Educational qualifications include an Associate Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a B.Com from Acharya Nagarjuna University, both completed in 2001.
