Kapil Arora is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at CARS24 since February 2024, Kapil previously worked as a Software Engineer Technical Lead at Paytm Payments Bank, focusing on task solutioning and end-to-end feature development. Prior roles include Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at airtel X Labs, where responsibilities encompassed microservices development and performance tuning, and as a Senior Associate Technology at Nagarro, specializing in microservices-based development. Earlier experiences include software engineering roles at Hughes Systique Corporation and Next Education India Pvt Ltd, focusing on REST API design and accounting web services. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, obtained in 2014.
