Ushus Nair

Ushus Nair is the current People Operations Lead at CARS24. Prior to that, Ushus worked as an Assistant Manager - HR Operations at Rivoli Group from January 2015 to December 2021. Ushus has extensive experience in spearheading the entire gamut of activities involved in HR Operation function, leading the bi-annual and annual performance management exercise, working closely with Head-HR to manage the annual compensation review exercise & salary structure calculation, and spearheading the entire activities related to managing the functionality of HR modules & upgrade of HRMS. Ushus also has experience in administering the payroll inputs - leaves & attendance; GOSI/PASI and ensuring redressal of queries on salary calculations, deductions and insurance claims.

Ushus Nair has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai. Ushus also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Mumbai. Ushus is a Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM) from the University of Cambridge and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) from British Columbia & Yukon.
