Sara Santos

Sara Santos has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources and People Operations. Sara most recently worked as a Team Lead for Global People Operations at OutSystems, where they have been since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior People Operations Specialist and Senior HR Specialist at OutSystems from September 2018 to January 2022. Before joining OutSystems, Sara worked as the Human Resources Responsible at Santogal (Brands BMW+MINI) from September 2016 to August 2018. Sara was also an HR Consultant at WISE - Talent Partners from April 2015 to August 2016. Sara started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Henkel from August 2014 to January 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an SAP HCM Junior Consultant at AMT Consulting from April 2013 to January 2014. Additionally, Sara has experience as a Coordinator Assistant and a member of the Youth Group at APG - Associação Portuguesa de Gestão das Pessoas from July 2012 to February 2013. Sara began their career at AIESEC Lisboa Nova, where they served as the Finance and Projects Director from June 2010 to May 2011.

Sara Santos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics in 2011. Sara then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE Business School, which they completed in 2013. In 2014, Sara attended the Entrepreneurship Academy at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they studied Biological Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico. Additionally, Sara has attained several certifications, including "HR Analytics Leader" from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2022 and "WISE - Learning Sessions - Linkedin: De Espetador a Utilizador Ativo" from WISE - Talent Partners in 2015. Sara also holds certifications in "Becoming Indistractable" and "Generative AI in HR" from LinkedIn, and in "PPA System - Thomas Personal Profile Analysis" from Thomas International.
