Gerard Chabaud

Gerard Chabaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as a member of the Regional Technical Committee No. 1 for Carsat Hauts-de-France since December 2022, representing MEDEF, responsibilities include evaluating contributions, analyzing regional occupational risks, and engaging in safety prevention activities. Gerard founded and currently leads Solutions Transition, a management transition consultancy focused on operational excellence and lean management. Additional roles include partnership with Phoenix Business Committee and past positions as Associate Director at Adventec Consulting, and Director of Industrial and Logistics Service Sites at Daher, overseeing multiple operational sites for major clients. Previous experience includes senior consulting positions at Altran Technologies and various roles at Alstom over several years. Gerard holds an engineering degree from the Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie et de Physique de Bordeaux.
