Obins Choudhary

Obins Choudhary has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2009. Obins began their career as a Software Engineer at Zensar Technologies in 2009. In 2011, they joined Liberty Group South Africa as a Senior Actuarial Engineer, where they built scalable actuarial analytics models and set up a cluster from scratch. Obins also held the roles of Actuarial Engineer and Software Engineer at Liberty Group South Africa. In 2015, Obins joined Barclays as a VP, Intrapreneur, Innovative & Disruptive Products. Obins also held the roles of VP, Artificial Intelligence | Computer Vision and AVP, Machine learning | Data Engineering at Barclays. In 2019, they became the CEO & Cofounder of cARscan.AI.

Obins Choudhary has an extensive education history. Obins began their formal education in 2005 when they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from SRM University. In 2014, they began taking courses from Coursera, edX, and Codecademy, obtaining certificates in Python, Machine Learning, R Programming, Exploratory Data Analysis, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox, Introduction to Big Data with Apache Spark, and Scalable Machine Learning. In 2017, they obtained certificates from Coursera in Learning How to Learn, Mindshift, Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects. In 2022, Obins began the Seed Transformation Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, majoring in Organizational Leadership. Obins is currently enrolled in an Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree from Udacity.
