Willie Cantillo has worked in the automotive industry since 1994. Willie began their career as an Area Sales Manager/ Assistant Regional Manager at Franklin Acceptance Corporation, where they coordinated all marketing and credit efforts with a staff of twelve. Willie opened the South Florida territory and expanded to over $2.7 million per month of contracts within the first year of operations, promoting high-risk financial products to automotive dealers. In 1997, they became the Marketing Manager at WFS Financial, where they opened the South Florida market and met budget within the first year, generating $1.5 million per month in prime and non-prime automotive loans. In 1998, they became the Area Sales Manager at Flagship Credit Corporation, where they serviced and developed a territory which encompassed the state of Florida and signed, trained and developed over 100 franchise dealer accounts for prime and non-prime automotive loans. In 2002, they became the Regional Sales Manager at Wells Fargo Auto Finance, where they hired, developed, trained, managed and motivated a high performance regional sales team with close to 100% retention. Willie implemented and executed sales plans and hosted and organized regional and divisional sales meetings. In 2009, they became the Regional Training Director at Ascend in collaboration with FranklinCovey. In 2010, they became the MS Business Sales Consultant 1 Team Lead AVP at Wells Fargo Merchant Services. In 2014, they became the Finance Manager at West Kendall Toyota. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Sales Manager at Carsfast.
Willie Cantillo attended the Gold Coast School of Mortgage Banking in 1990 and the University of Miami's Mortgage Banking Institute Program in 1992.
