Hugo Dissing is the CEO of Carsoe A/S since September 2021, specializing in advanced automated processing solutions for the seafood and food processing industries. Prior to this role, Hugo served as Chief Sales Officer at BAADER Poultry from January 2015 to August 2021, where operations spanned globally with over 600 employees. Hugo also held the position of Director of Sales at Carnitech from 2010 to December 2014, contributing to the company's leadership in food processing equipment. Previous experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Marel Food Systems between 2004 and 2010, and Production Manager at C.F. Nielsen A/S from 2002 to 2004, as well as early roles as a Sales Engineer and Tool Maker. Hugo Dissing has a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University, complemented by a Master of Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig in Germany.
