Nabil Firdaus

Nabil Firdaus is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology support. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at iCar Asia Limited since December 2015, Nabil has previously held various roles in reputable organizations, including IT Support Engineer at Mitra Integrasi Informatika, PT, and IT Support at Mondelēz International. Additional experience includes working as a Desktop Support Technician at Coca-Cola Amatil and Helpdesk Support at The World Bank. Nabil began their career in back office roles at Indosat Ooredoo and Indosat Mega Media Pt. Nabil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Management Information Systems from Universitas Gunadarma, along with a Diploma in the same field from the same institution.
