Erin Wood has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Erin is currently working at Carson Group as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Advanced Solutions since July 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Wealth Planning at Carson Group from July 2018 to July 2020.

In addition to their position at Carson Group, Erin also works as the host of the Financial Flash on YouTube at Carson Wealth since March 2023. Erin has contributed as a writer for HerMoney since December 2022 and for Kiplinger Advisor Collective since July 2019.

Before joining Carson Group, Erin held the position of Senior Manager of Private Client Services-Financial Planning at First National Bank of Omaha from February 2014 to July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Private Client Advisor at the same bank from June 2012 to February 2014.

Erin's earlier career includes working as an Investment Consultant at TD Ameritrade from July 2010 to May 2012 and as a Financial Advisor/Franchise Owner at Ameriprise Financial from 2002 to June 2010.

Erin started their career as an Account Coordinator at Bader Rutter & Associates in 2001, where they worked until 2003.

Erin Wood CFP®, CRPC, FBS® attended Creighton University's Heider College of Business from 2018 to 2019, where they focused on Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business from Northwest Missouri State University from 1997 to 2002.
