Jackson Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning both the military and private sector. Jackson started their career in 2014 as a Project Manager at Carson Material Handling, where they successfully implemented a parts and logistic ordering system. In the same year, they joined the 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army as an Army Officer, gaining experience in intelligence analysis and security management. Returning to Carson Material Handling in 2019, Jackson worked their way up from an Operations Manager to a Director of Operations, and eventually became the Vice President Operations in 2024. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, managing branch offices, and integrating an acquired company.

Jackson Wilson attended Wake Forest University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History.
