Paula Mayer, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Development Officer for Community & Foundation at Carson Tahoe Health since January 2023, while also managing their own business, Mayer Family Wines. Previously, Paula held various roles at Carson Tahoe Health, including Community and Patient Experience Manager and HR Business Partner, as well as serving as Human Resources Operations Manager and Recruitment Manager at Dolan Auto Group. Paula's extensive experience in human resources includes positions at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where roles spanned from Employee Relations Specialist to Talent Manager, and included significant responsibilities in talent strategy, training, and service excellence. Paula holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
