Scott McFadden is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Generalist II, Human Resources Business Partner, People Resources Generalist, and Administrative Quality and Outcomes Specialist at Carson Tahoe Health since June 2019. In this role, Scott facilitates process improvements in collaboration with various departments and the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this, Scott was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Nevada, Reno, from August 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included teaching English Composition and Creative Writing. Scott holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies, both from the University of Nevada, Reno.
