Rachel Townsend

Rachel Townsend has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel started their career in 2001 at Consolidated Federal Credit Union as a Title Clerk/Loan Assistant, where they developed and implemented a loan and title processing system. Rachel then worked at Remington Administrative Services, Inc. as a Financial Aid Exit File Reviewer, responsible for training staff and troubleshooting a new software system. Rachel joined North Metro Medical Center as a Staff Accountant in 2005 before moving to Arkansas Children's Hospital in 2007, where they held roles as a Financial Systems Analyst II and Corporate Tax Accountant. Rachel joined Carson Team in 2014 and has held multiple positions including IT Software Application Specialist II, Software Applications Manager, and currently serves as the Director of IT Applications, Solutions & Integrations. During their tenure at Carson Team, Rachel has led integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions and managed a team responsible for supporting end-users across multiple states.

Rachel Townsend obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting from the University of Portland from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "What Is Scrum?" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
