Katie McGuire

Katie McGuire is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business development. Currently serving as VP and Director of Operations at Trillium Wealth since March 2024, Katie previously held multiple roles at Carson Group, including Director of Business Development Operations, Associate VP of Business Development, and Senior Business Development Consultant from December 2013 to April 2024. In these positions, Katie focused on identifying and qualifying business opportunities for both Carson Group Coaching and Carson Group Partners. Prior experience includes an Account Executive role at Infogroup, responsible for managing customer accounts and telesales, as well as a Director of Services at Prairie Life Fitness Center. Katie earned a BA in Advertising/PR from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
