Andrew Crowder

Andrew Crowder is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Operations at Carta Healthcare, Andrew oversees all software development initiatives, including AI projects and core platform application development. As a founder of Smartcore, Andrew focuses on creating integrated SaaS solutions for small businesses. Previous roles include Director of Digital Strategy at RDA, Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Acuity Brands, and various positions at Northrop Grumman, where Andrew managed significant software projects for the Department of Defense. Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
