Darrell Kazak

Darrell Kazak, CAMS, CRCM, CAMS-RM, currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Carta, where responsibilities include acting as BSA and Sanctions Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Vauban Advisors, LLC. Previous experience includes significant roles at Bank of Hope as FVP, BSA and Sanctions Risk Manager, and at Wells Fargo as Business Initiatives Consultant-AML Oversight Program Manager. At Bank of the West, Darrell held the position of VP Controls and Governance (Compliance) Program Manager, implementing various compliance and governance initiatives. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in risk, compliance, and fraud management at Prosper Marketplace, as well as military service in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Darrell holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Concordia University-WI.
