Gerry Franco

Gerry Franco is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as the Sales Manager for Launch & Mid-Market at Carta since December 2019. In this role, Franco focuses on expanding the Mid-Market segment by attracting prominent private enterprises and enhancing the customer experience of the Launch platform. Previous positions at Carta include Sales & GTM Lead for International operations, Interim Head of Sales for Capdesk, and Account Executive roles, achieving significant quota attainments. Franco has also contributed as a mentor in the Latitud accelerator fellowship and was a key early employee in Zendesk's Startups program, where successful acquisition strategies led to onboarding over 2000 startups.
