Jason Fleming

Jason Fleming is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity fund accounting and investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Carta since October 2018, Jason has progressed through multiple roles including Manager and Senior Fund Accountant. Before joining Carta, Jason spent over eight years at State Street, where responsibilities included overseeing client deliverables and managing a team as an Officer, as well as preparing financial workpapers and managing accounting processes as a Senior Associate. Earlier experience includes a Finance Co-op position at Johnson & Johnson, where tasks involved assessing capital assets for financial reporting. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Rider University, obtained in 2010.
