Lauren Radich

Lauren Radich is an accomplished professional in customer success and sales development, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Carta since May 2019, where the focus is on ownership management and compliance for public and private companies. Prior to Carta, Lauren held various roles at Revel Systems from January 2016 to April 2019, contributing to the development of innovative Point of Sale solutions. Lauren's career began with a strong foundation in leadership and teamwork as a Student Athlete at Santa Clara University, where significant contributions were made to the NCAA Division I Women's Water Polo Team, culminating in a role as Team Captain. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.
