Mica Cole Cep

Mica Cole, CEP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management at Carta since 2018, progressing from Associate Product Manager to Senior Product Manager. Mica has also contributed to the Private Equity Group and worked in various support and client services roles within public markets. Prior to Carta, Mica served as a Wildland Firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service from 2014 to 2017, specializing in fire suppression and management in the western United States. Additionally, Mica managed a restaurant and bar at Colorado Mesa University during the 2015-2016 academic year. Mica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Colorado Mesa University, earned in 2016.
