Nia Guerrero

Nia Guerrero is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and enablement roles. Currently serving as Enablement Manager and Technical Lead at Carta since January 2019, Nia has held multiple positions including Admin Services Analyst, Support Manager, and Support Analyst. Prior to Carta, Nia worked at Thumbtack from January 2015 to December 2018 as a Pro Success Chat Specialist, where a notable achievement included increasing attributions by 25% each quarter. Nia began a career at In-N-Out Burger from December 2009 to January 2016, advancing to Level 7, and also contributed as a Tutor for the AVID Center after participating in the program during high school. Nia holds an Associate of Science degree in Education from Salt Lake Community College, earned between 2015 and 2017.
