Rachel Nazario

Rachel Nazario is an accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in alternative investments, particularly in Private Equity. Currently serving as the Director of Fund Administration at Carta since October 2019, Rachel leads multiple client relationships and ensures timely delivery of client services. Prior to Carta, Rachel held various roles at SS&C Technologies, including Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Partnership Accountant, where responsibilities encompassed client deliverables, accounting oversight, and team development. Rachel began their career at Northport Partnership Management, LLC as a Systems Support Specialist, enhancing proficiency in the Investran accounting system. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Peter's University.
