Samuel Soares

Samuel Soares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enablement and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Delivery Enablement at Carta since October 2019. Samuel oversees the enablement team in Rio, focusing on delivery support and partnership certification for law firms, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to create comprehensive internal materials. Previously held roles at Carta include Implementations Enablement Manager and Sr. Implementation Manager for the Enterprise Team, where Samuel managed high-stakes projects and provided white glove service to clients. Prior experience at IBM involved various accounts receivable and financial analyst positions, contributing to cash application and customer support processes. Samuel holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Business Administration from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, with ongoing studies in People Management and Coaching.
