Simon Stepper

Simon Stepper is an experienced professional in data and revenue operations, currently serving as the Head of Data & Revenue Operations and Analytics Lead at Carta since September 2022. Prior to this, Simon held the position of Analytics Lead at Capdesk, which was acquired by Carta in September 2022, where responsibilities included building out the analytics team and infrastructure. Earlier career experiences include leadership in data analytics at ProGlove, operations consulting at KPMG, and product management at TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH + Co. KG. Simon began their career in the cooperative education program at TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG while pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, completing the degree in 2016.
