Wesley Bayer

Wesley Bayer is an experienced professional in strategic partnerships and business operations, currently serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships & Developer Ecosystem at Carta. Bayer is also the Founder of Seats, a company that participated in Y Combinator's Summer 2022 cohort. Previous roles at Carta included Director and Manager of Strategy & Business Operations, as well as Program Lead for Financial Products. Bayer's early career included positions as an Associate at both Golden Gate Capital and H.I.G. Capital.
