Xiaomin Liao

Xiaomin Liao, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Fund Accountant at Carta since December 2022. Prior to this role, Xiaomin gained extensive experience at Petrinovich Pugh & Company, LLP from August 2018 to November 2022, progressing from Tax Associate to Tax Supervising Senior. Earlier career experience includes a Tax Intern position at Synopsys Inc. in 2017 and a Staff Accountant role at IMC Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Xiaomin holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Adelphi University.
