Zachary Bair

Zachary Bair is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in valuations, financial analysis, and research. Currently working at Carta as a Valuations Associate since October 2022, Zachary has previously held positions including Valuations & Financial Reporting Specialist. At the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, Zachary co-authored a published research study on tax rates and economic growth and developed predictive statistical models. Prior roles include Investor Liaison at VentureCapital.Org, where Zachary analyzed early-stage company pitch decks, and Researcher at the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development, evaluating financial statements for COVID-19 relief eligibility. Zachary's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding My 3-D Me and an investment analyst role for a private family. Zachary holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis on Advanced Financial Analysis from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science in Business from Salt Lake Community College.
