Alessandro Hamaguchi

Alessandro Hamaguchi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations, Head of Fraud Prevention, and Operations Superintendent at Cartão Elo since August 2016, Alessandro also holds the role of Business Agility | SAFe RTE. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Development Manager, Risk Manager, and Operations Manager at American Express from July 2009 to July 2016. Alessandro earned a Master of Information Technology degree in IT Service from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2000 and 2001.
