Avinoam Barak is the current CEO at Carteav. Avinoam has also previously served as the CEO at Xperience AI, MiaDNA, SenSwim, and Anteo WW. At Anteo WW, they were responsible for the company's overall business growth, increasing their revenue by more than $7 million. Avinoam also successfully won a large tender from a tier 1 utility company. From 2009 to 2011, they were the President of Nice Surveillance and oversaw the company's growth from $100 million to $135 million. The surveillance group was acquired by Battery Ventures in 2014. Prior to that, they were the President of BWA division at Alvarion Technologies from 2005 to 2009 and the General Manager at NBU at RADVISION from 2000 to 2005.

The educational career for Avinoam Barak would include completing a Senior Executive Program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business in 2004, followed by obtaining an MBA in Finance & Information Systems from Bar-Ilan University.
