Laurent Martin

Laurent Martin has over 30 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Laurent'scareer began in 1989, when they served as a Helmsman and regular seaman in the French Navy. From 1990 to 1992, they worked as a Mechanic for Sun Automotive in Sausalito. In 1992, they began working at Marin Acura as a Salesperson, eventually becoming the Pre-Owned Sales Manager and growing the pre-owned business by 30%. From 1996 to 1997, they worked at Hansel Prestige as the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, increasing monthly volume across all brands from 30 to 100 a month. From 1997 to 2006, they worked at RAB Motors, MBZ, where they grew the Pre-Owned Sales category from $750,000 in inventory (20 cars) to a $2.5M inventory (45 cars). From 2006 to 2012, they worked at California Motors as the General Manager, managing the consolidation and re-acceleration of the business during the financial crisis. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at MINI of Marin-A Penske Automotive Dealership as the Pre-Owned Manager, becoming the #1 used car operation for Mini on the West Coast in 2012 and 2013. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Infiniti of San Francisco as the General Sales Manager. Finally, from 2019 to 2020, they worked at Cars Dawydiak San Francisco as the General Manager of Sales. Currently, they are the Trade Manager at Cartelligent.

Laurent Martin attended the Weller Institute from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in International Economics.
