Paul Carney

Paul Carney is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, talent acquisition, and technical services. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Carter Bank & Trust, Paul has previously held key positions at Navy Federal Credit Union, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Manager of HR Employment and Communications, as well as Supervisor of Learning and Development. Paul also has entrepreneurial experience as an author and speaker at Ishtot, Inc., and served as Vice President of Technical Services at Natural Insight. Further enhancing professional expertise, Paul held the role of Manager of Development Resources at Advanced Solutions International, Inc.
