Heather Hooker

Heather Hooker serves as the Data Analytics Manager at Carter Credit Union since January 2019, previously holding the position of Database System Analyst. Prior to this role, Heather was the SQL Server Database Administrator Team Lead and Applications Support Deputy Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, where leadership was provided to a geographically distributed multi-team application support group. Heather also led the Oracle Database Administrator/Application Analyst team, managing schedules for software releases and operational support. At CSRA Inc, responsibilities included SQL Server database administration and facilitating team growth and process improvement. Heather began a career in IT as an IT Specialist at Benefit Consulting Services, LLC, and earlier held an office clerk position at Ivan Smith Furniture. Heather holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and Finance from LSU Shreveport and a high school diploma from Ringgold High School.
