Brad Black

Brad Black has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as the Senior Director of Investments at Carter Funds since October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2019 to October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Financial Analyst at Marcus & Millichap from January 2017 to January 2019. Brad gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Amprop Development in 2015, where they conducted market research and compiled reports for potential development sites. Brad also worked as a College Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from January 2015 to June 2015, where they consulted with clients and conducted market surveys. Brad's career started as a Teller at SunTrust Bank from February 2014 to August 2014, where they processed transactions and promoted bank services.

Brad Black attended Jesuit High School in Tampa from 2007 to 2021 and obtained their high school diploma. From 2011 to 2016, they attended the University of Central Florida, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. In 2015, Brad obtained a Florida 215 License from Northwestern Mutual. In 2019, they obtained a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent certification from Cushman & Wakefield.
