Sean Carter

Sean Carter is an experienced design professional with a diverse background in leadership and education. As the Founder and Design Director of Carter Hales Design Lab Inc. since December 2011, Sean has been instrumental in shaping design projects. Previously, Sean founded The Pink Door Paper Company and served as Principal from May 2007 to December 2018. Additionally, Sean has contributed to academia as an Instructor at Capilano University from 2004 to February 2015 and participated as a Board Member at the Contemporary Art Gallery from August 2011 to August 2014. Sean co-founded Hangar 18 Creative Group Inc., serving as Creative Director from August 1996 to November 2011, and held the position of Principal at Design Wise Graphic Communications from 1991 to 1996. Sean holds a Diploma in Art in Merchandising from Langara College, which was earned between 1988 and 1990.
