Michelle Ducasse

Michelle duCasse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the beauty industry. Currently serving as a Leasing Professional at Carter-Haston since February 2024 and as President of Tenacity Collective Consulting since July 2022, Michelle specializes in business and sales training. Previously, Michelle held key leadership roles at L'Oréal as Director of Strategic Partnerships for Kerastase and shu uemura, where significant achievements included developing a national sales training program and overseeing a successful 13-state region recognized with multiple Region of the Year awards. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Sales for Bumble and bumble, responsible for a 16-state region, and leading business development efforts at Aveda. Michelle holds a degree in Athletic Training from Brooklyn College.
