Stephanie Lucas

Stephanie Lucas has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Stephanie started their career in 1997 as an Outside Sales Representative and Sales Trainer at Hewlett Packard. Stephanie then worked at Winston Companies as a Product Developer - Manager before joining Lincare, where they held various positions including Center Manager, National Marketing Representative/Sales Trainer, and District Manager. Stephanie moved on to Kindred at Home, where they served as Director of Sales Support - National Sales Trainer and later became an Area Director of Sales. In 2018, they joined Affinity Hospice as the Vice President of Sales & Operations. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Teleios Collaborative Network as the Vice President of Growth. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Development Officer at Carter Healthcare and is also serving as the Vice President of Sales.

Stephanie Lucas attended Rogers State University from 1988 to 1992, majoring in Biology, specifically focusing on General Biology.
