Scott Bachman

Scott Bachman serves as an Internal Lean Consultant at Carter Machinery since April 2021. Previously, Scott was the Owner of Blue Water Signs from August 2008 to February 2022, leading a full-service sign manufacturing business. Prior experience includes a role as Program Manager at AAI Corporation from 2008 to 2009, managing high-value contracts with customers like the Army and Northrop Grumman. Scott also held multiple positions at Danaher Tool Group from 1986 to 2007, including Director of Distribution and Business System Manager, focusing on lean methodologies and managing operations across distribution centers. Scott obtained a BS in Material Science and Engineering with a focus on Metallurgy from the University of Florida between 1980 and 1983.
