Emily H.

Emily H. has a diverse work experience. Emily started their career at Food for Thought as a Barista from March 2017 to December 2017. Emily then joined Target as an Apparel Team Member from August 2016 to July 2017. At Target, Emily grew within the company and took on roles such as Human Resources Team Member from July 2017 to December 2018, where they successfully met hiring goals and implemented a new training workshop. Emily later became a Senior Team Lead from December 2018 to April 2020, achieving a 7% sales increase and developing a succession plan. Currently, Emily is working at Carter Motors as a Human Resources Administrator since June 2020. Emily has recently transitioned to the role of Human Resources Director from January 2022 onwards.

Emily H. completed their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Capella University, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they pursued a degree in Health Studies, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, at the University of Washington from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Emily obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in January 2021.
