Susan Kier

Susan Kier's work experience includes various roles in the beauty industry. Susan co-founded Carter + Jane in 2018, a organic skincare brand. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Executive at PCA SKIN and Dermalogica. Susan also founded SCK Brands, LLC in 2012, where they led award-winning sales teams. Earlier in their career, they held senior positions at Pivot Point International, Aveda, and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Susan started their career as an Assistant Buyer at May Department Stores. Susan also had the opportunity to study abroad in France for two years.

Susan Kier completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business between 1986 and 1990. Following this, they pursued a Certificate in French Language Studies from the University of Montpellier in France from 1991 to 1993.
