Raina O'Hare (Weaver)

Raina O'Hare (Weaver) has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Raina began their career in 2002 at Elsevier as a Journal Manager, where they managed the online peer review process for scientific journals. From 2004 to 2006, Raina worked as a Merchandising Assistant at Lakeshore Learning Materials, assisting in product selection and coordination.

In 2006, Raina joined Gifts.com and held multiple roles including Account Specialist and Datafeed Manager, Product Manager for Gifts.com Gift Card, and Senior Product Manager for the core recommendation engine. Raina was responsible for managing new feature and platform development, monitoring customer feedback, and driving the company's profitability through SEO optimization and UX improvements.

In 2014, Raina joined Cartera Commerce, Inc as a User Experience Product Manager. Raina filled the Product Owner role, managing new client onboarding, customizations, and enhancements for online shopping malls. Raina also drove the roadmap and product backlog for UX and responsive design enhancements, content management tools, and API development.

Raina's most recent position was at Cartera Commerce, Inc – An Ebates Company, where they served as a Senior Product Manager and later as the Director of Product Management.

Raina O'Hare (Weaver) pursued their undergraduate education from 1995 to 2000 at Pennsylvania State University - Schreyer Honors College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled in the PhD Program in Classics at Cornell University from 2000 to 2002.
