Karen Li

Karen Li is an accomplished professional in product management, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific since October 2025. Previously, Karen held key positions at Akoya Biosciences, Inc., including Director of Product Management and Associate Director of Product Management, where significant contributions to product lifecycle management were made. Prior to that, Karen developed strategies for qPCR assays and custom oligos at Thermo Fisher Scientific and achieved notable growth in next-generation sequencing consumables at Life Technologies. An early career at Caliper Life Sciences involved the commercialization of microfluidics-based assays. Karen holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.
