Joy Kieffer, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, CCTN, currently serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Doctoral Research at the American College of Education and as Clinical Education Specialist & Continuing Education Primary Nurse Planner at Carteret Health Care. With extensive clinical experience in various intensive care units and a background in academic leadership, Joy has held significant roles, including Chief Executive Officer of Kieffer Medical Education Services, LLC and Professor of Nursing at the University of Mount Olive. Joy holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Adult Education Leadership from Walden University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Joy is a recognized expert in clinical education and has received accolades, such as the 2018 American Transplant Congress Best Poster Award.
