Michelle Lasky has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving in the Cardiac Cath Lab and interventional radiology at Carteret Health Care since January 2010, where responsibilities include staff and community education focused on stroke awareness and updating training for nursing students, laboratory staff, and certified nursing assistants. Previously, Michelle worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Duke University Medical Center from 1997 to 2001, specializing in the surgical-trauma-transplant intensive care unit. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Meredith College.
