Jill A. Wilson

Jill A. Wilson is the SVP of Human Resources & Talent Development at Carter's. Jill has been in this position since April 2010. Prior to this, they were the Group Vice President of Human Resources at Macy's from July 2006 to April 2010. Wilson has also served as the Vice President of Organizational Development and the Divisional Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Macy's.

Jill A. Wilson has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University and went to Grapevine High School.
