Aaron Melgar

Aaron Melgar is currently the GTM Lead at Cartesia, focusing on building Voice AI since January 2025. Prior to this role, Aaron served as the Senior AI Business Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from January 2022 to January 2025, where the responsibility was empowering AI startups. From January 2021 to January 2022, Aaron held the position of AI Strategy Manager at Accenture, specializing in analytics and AI strategy for Google. As Director of Machine Learning Engineering at Spring Venture Group from January 2019 to January 2021, leadership was provided to Data Engineering and Machine Learning Engineering teams. Additionally, Aaron co-founded Aether Ventures between January 2016 and January 2021, focusing on shipping AI-native products. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan (January 2020 - January 2022) and a Bachelor's in Physics from Santa Clara University (January 2008 - January 2012).
