Stephanie Howard

Stephanie Howard has over two decades of experience in the energy and economic development sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business and Economic Development at Carthage Water & Electric Plant since June 2017, Stephanie previously held the position of Energy Services Representative at Empire District Electric Company from September 2002 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Roy Blunt from 1999 to 2002. Stephanie holds a degree from Missouri State University.
