As Chief Growth Officer at MEG, a leader in Quality and Patient Safety solutions, and in the capacity of Board Advisor, O'Brien contributes to global healthcare improvements. O'Brien also leads as an entrepreneur in the Going for Growth initiative, supporting female founders in Ireland. In addition, O'Brien presides as Jury President for Europe at the Cartier Women's Initiative, nurturing women impact entrepreneurs. With past roles including Founder & CEO of Pharmapod and a board member at the National Maternity Hospital Foundation, O'Brien combines educational credentials from esteemed institutions like Harvard Medical School and Queen Mary University of London to drive excellence in healthcare and support for women in business.

Founded in 2006, the program is open to women-run and women-owned businesses from any country and sector that aim to have a strong and sustainable social and/or environmental impact.
