Noreen Marian Bautista

Noreen Marian Bautista is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovative finance, entrepreneurship, and mentorship. Currently serving as the Manager of Innovative Finance at Rare since May 2024, Noreen manages a portfolio of projects in the Philippines. Noreen co-founded Panublix, a platform connecting designers with tropical fibers and textiles, and holds the position of Credit Committee Member for the Cartier Women's Initiative, supporting women-led companies. With roles as an Entrepreneur in Residence and Faculty at Ateneo de Manila University, Noreen mentors startups and teaches entrepreneurship. Additional experience includes acting as an Innovation Consultant for the Iloilo City Government and participation in various prestigious programs such as the Australia ASEAN Emerging Leaders Program and the Westerwelle Foundation's Young Founder Programme. Noreen’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Innovation and Business from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
